Its balcony location on the Lac de Miel domain is privileged thanks to its dominant location, well integrated into the pine trees, very close to the tourist complex: Camping, tennis, mini golf, fitness course of around 2 km around the lake, supervised beach in July and August with games and pedalos. The fishermen 's area and the beach are within walking distance from the chalet.
The house built on one level, with a living area of 61 m2, is extended by a beautiful covered terrace of 24 m2 overlooking the Lake of Honey. (2 or 3 parking spaces are provided and the basement is not yet finished)
